Pack-out and Content Cleaning
Depending on the size and cause of a particular disaster, your home or apartment may be required to have a pack-out service to take place prior to the continuation of the restoration. If a large area of your living space is affected by a loss such as a sewage back up or from a fire, personal items need to be inventoried and packed away to stop any further damages from occurring. Following the disaster GTA Restoration will come into your living space and strategically pack up your items located in the affected areas. An inventory is created and pictures are taken of all items removed from the living space. Smaller items are wrapped individually and labelled for inventory and stored in boxes temporarily. Larger items that do not fit inside boxes are individually wrapped and inventoried. Damages to each item are documented to ensure your valuables are returned to you in good condition. Any item that is deemed to be a total loss is documented and brought to the attention of the insurance adjustor for compensation to be made
